It was an Incredible 2025 for PMINEO!

PMINEO35-4.jpg PMINEO35-10.jpg

A huge thank you to our Chapter members and the Northeast Ohio Project Management community for making this year truly memorable.

This year we celebrated 35 years as a Chapter, offered over 20 opportunities to earn PDUs toward certification, hosted engaging happy hours and social events—from casual Meetups to a baseball game and even a fun summer picnic.

At our annual awards ceremony, we celebrated excellence in Project Management. We explored behind-the-scenes with the Cleveland Cavaliers, Cleveland Monsters hockey, the Cleveland Air Show, and gained insight on the development of the Cleveland Public Library’s new MLK Jr. Campus. We also made a difference by volunteering for Shoes and Clothes for Kids.

Signature events this year included our Professional Development Day at MAGNET in the spring, earning attendees 4.5 PDUs, and our International Project Management Day featuring Anthony Reed presenting "Transformative Leadership & the New Type T Project Manager" at Baldwin Wallace University.

Now as we gently step into 2026, our aim is to continue supporting the Project Management community in learning, adapting, and growing together. Hope to see you all at a PMINEO event soon!

Humor That Works - A PM’s Guide to Success and Happiness at Work

Webinar January 28

PMINEO_webinar-01282026.png

In today’s fast-paced, high-stakes workplace, traditional strategies for success are no longer enough. Even high performers are feeling the pressure: 83% of Americans report being stressed at work, and disengagement is costing businesses close to $500 billion dollars annually. It’s clear we need more than productivity hacks and motivational posters. We need humor.

Whether you're juggling deadlines, stakeholders, or meetings that should have been an email, humor isn’t just a nice-to-have. It’s your secret weapon for working smarter… and happier. With  Andrew Tarvin, CEO, Humor That Works.

Learning Objectives

  • Cut through the noise with communication that resonates with (almost) everyone;
  • Go beyond resilience and turn stress into a catalyst for change and growth; and
