Afternoon Interactive Session: Managing Difficult Transformations by Olivier Lazar - Hands-on session on diagnosing transformation vs. improvement, aligning governance to complexity, and strengthening decision discipline.

Hybrid - The Future of Project Management

So, what is Hybrid project management? Hybrid project management is about choosing more than one way of working to reflects the project characteristics that are both Predictive and Adaptive. It is a way of working that epitomizes adaptability and flexibility.

After this one-hour session, learners will be able to:

  • Understand importance of the Output→Outcome→Value Delivery Model that is essential in identifying the “right” project characteristics
  • Apply the Suitability Filter, with the “right” project characteristics, to generate a diagram that reflects the “right” development approach
  • Distinguish between development approaches and life cycle models, methods and frameworks; they are not the same
  • Appreciate how the Four-Square Hybrid Model can help guide your hybrid project management efforts
