Laura C. Hoffmann, PMP, CSM

Vice President, Project Manager III
PNC Bank N. A.

Laura C. Hoffmann is a certified Project Management Professional with the PMI Institute and a Certified Scrum Master with the Scrum Master Alliance. She has 15 years of project management experience and 24 years of experience in the financial services industry. During her time at PNC, she has successfully managed projects involving new acquisitions, new product launches, platform conversions, and technology deployments. Prior to coming to PNC Bank, she managed projects involving product launches, process improvements, and technology enhancements at Key Bank. In addition, she has had both sales and sales support roles. Laura has a BA in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and an MBA from Baldwin Wallace College. She is currently a Project Manager III in Enterprise Project Management for Technology and Innovation. She joined PNC in August 2010 and has been with the company for 11 years. During her time at PNC she has been a member of the Women Connect and Military employee groups and has mentored numerous new Project Managers.

Laura has been a member of the PMI Northeast Ohio Chapter and PMI Global since 2006 and has held multiple volunteer leadership roles with the chapter. She is a lifetime member of Girl Scouts of the USA. She is a native Clevelander and lives with her husband and two children.

Todd R. Jones, PMP, PMI-ACP, DASSM

Todd has a diverse background - as a developer, architect, testing leader, and PM - leading dozens of business & technology projects with a proven track record of satisfied sponsors and team members. He has extensive experience applying traditional project management methodologies as well as iterative and agile approaches at Westfield Insurance. He is currently the IT Leader responsible for the entire Personal Lines business segment, including serving as Scrum Master, relationship manager to the business, and leader for onshore and offshore personnel.

Todd is an accomplished author and speaker on various topics related to project management. Todd is a recent past speaker at PMI Global Congress, PMI Leadership Institute, STPCon, DevOps East, PMI NJ Symposium, and multiple other PMI Chapters across the United States. He is a contributor to the Agile Almanac Book 2, published in 2017, and the Keys to Our Success - Volume 2, published in 2019.

Todd is an active member of PMINEO, where he has volunteered since 2010. He currently serves on the chapter’s Governance Board, providing strategic leadership as President. Todd is also a graduate of PMI's Leadership Institute Master Class (2016) and was the recipient of the Dr. Harold Kerzner Project Management Excellence Award in 2017.

Todd is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP®), an Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®), and as a Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master (DASSM®). He also holds the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) designation from the Scrum Alliance and the SAFe® Scrum Master designation from the Scaled Agile, Inc.

Why Todd?

Todd has served the Chapter since 2010, beginning as a member of the Programs team and advancing as the Director and VP of Programs. He helped to instantiate the Operations Board, leading there for three years before being elected to the Governance Board in 2017. Todd has served as the Chapter President for the last two years – leading the chapter through the last 18 months of COVID uncertainty.

Our chapter is poised to emerge from the pandemic – supported by a strong base of volunteers and dedicated chapter members. Our balance sheet is solid, our programming is aligned to member needs, and we are ready to adjust to evolving industry trends. It is an exciting time for PMINEO; I would be honored to serve another term on the Board to continue propelling our Chapter forward!

Colleen Zetter, PMP

Senior Systems Integrator/IT Project Manager

Being a Governance Board Member for the past 2 years has been delightfully challenging. I feel I am a good candidate to continue on in the position because I have extensive knowledge of the day-to-day functions of the chapter, a lot of ideas on how to enhance our already well-run chapter and an enthusiasm to get things done. I have been integrally involved in the PMINEO organization first by leading the PDD Committee, next as VP of Programs and for the last 2 years as a Member of the Governance Board. As an active member of the leadership team, I have been involved in the R4 Region and have worked hard on socializing the broader PMI world within our PMINEO chapter. After spending a few years blocking and tackling day to day chapter issues, I have enjoyed pivoting my PMINEO career into a more strategic role and am asking for your vote to continue leading the Chapter. 

Colleen has known from an early age that she was meant to be a Project Manager. Strategizing and implementing a household chore chart (color coded obviously) may not have been popular with her siblings, but it made her very happy. She began her career as a performer in NYC, ran her own Professional Organizing business and as most performers who want to know their rent is paid, transitioned to the corporate world. Her business career began with Reuters where she supported the CTO and led process improvement efforts. When she moved back to Cleveland, she worked for Forest City Enterprises in both Financial and IT departments as well as being an integral part of their corporate restructuring effort. Colleen assisted in the KeyBank integration with First Niagara Bank, and she currently works for the IT department with PNC Bank, leading multi-million infrastructure efforts and being a team leader in department structural efforts. 

One of Colleen's favorite roles in the Chapter is Organizing the Women in Project Management Book Club - all are welcome, be sure to look for the next meeting in the Chapter Event List. Three words that describe her best are: analytical, articulate and diligent. Colleen is always looking for new challenges in Project Management and is the first to raise her hand to help train or expand another PM’s knowledge base. She enjoys being a leader in the PMINEO chapter and looks forward to continuing her role in shepherding the strategic vision, mission, goals and objectives of the chapter.
