Laura C. Hoffmann, PMP, CSM, MBA, Vice President, Portfolio Manager II, PNC Bank N. A. Laura is a certified Project Management Professional with the PMI Institute and a Certified Scrum Master with the Scrum Master Alliance. She has 17 years of project management experience and 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. During her time at PNC, she has successfully managed projects involving new acquisitions, new product launches, platform conversions, and technology deployments. Prior to coming to PNC Bank, she managed projects involving product launches, process improvements, and technology enhancements at Key Bank. In addition, she has had both sales and sales support roles. Laura has a BA in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and an MBA from Baldwin Wallace University. She is currently a Portfolio Manager in Enterprise Project Management for Technology. She joined PNC in August 2010 and has been with the company for 13 years. During her time at PNC, she has been a member of the Women Connect and Military employee groups and has mentored numerous new Project Managers. Laura has been a member of the PMI Northeast Ohio Chapter and PMI Global since 2006 and has held multiple volunteer leadership roles with the chapter including VP of Programs, Director at Large, and Treasurer. She is passionate about the value project management brings to an organization and enjoys mentoring new and upcoming project managers. She is a lifetime member of Girl Scouts of the USA. She is a native Clevelander and lives with her husband in their “empty nest”. |

Erin McKibbin, MBA DASM Having over 10 years Project Management experience in both the IT and specialty construction contractor industries and having obtained her Executive MBA from Cleveland State University in 2019, she has begun the next stint in her career growth by working towards certifications through PMI. This past year, she earned her Disciplined Agile Scrum Master certification and is currently taking a prep class to obtain her PMP (goal is to test before the end of the year). She is currently a Project Manager with Longbridge Financial LLC (remote, company is in New Jersey) where in her short time there she has taken on projects such as financial reporting, application creation, and programs to generate leads. Earlier this year, she was a Project Manager for Arhaus LLC (remote, company is in Boston Heights, OH) where she leads large financial/accounting and infrastructure projects. Before the pandemic, she was the Project Manager for several local sign companies. While she has yet to volunteer for PMINEO, she does have a long history of volunteer work in the community. She is a member of a non-profit theater group that provides the show, makeup, and sets for Bloodview Haunted House (a charity haunt owned by the Broadview Heights Lions Club). She has been a part of this theater group since 2005 and has sat on the Board of Directors, as the Finance Officer, for a couple of years. This theater group works year-round to hone their craft, participate in community and charity events, and, through her efforts as a board member, was awarded the Ohio ArtStart grant in 2017. Erin is a Cleveland resident, living in the house in which she grew up (in the South Hills portion of Old Brooklyn). Her parents were the original owners of the house, and she will be proud to pass on this homestead to my descendants one day. She has two adult children and five grandchildren (ages 16 to 2), all of whom live in NE Ohio. Her hobbies are theater, crochet, writing, reading, meditation, and learning something new every day. |

Steven Peterson Steven has been a volunteer for the PMI Northeast Ohio Chapter since January 2018. He started as a volunteer for the Programs Committee and in 2021, became the VP of Marketing. In 2023, Steve was nominated to serve as a Director-at-Large for the chapter. In addition to being a chapter volunteer, Steve has also presented Agile topics to the chapter membership for Professional Development Day (PDD) events and also helped facilitate PDD. Steve is a Project Manager and Scrum Master for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. He began his career as a project manager in 2011 and became a Scrum Master in 2012. Laura Rodriguez-Carbone, MPA, PMP Laura is an award winning civic leader and project management consultant that has served on no less than 20 Northeast Ohio boards, commissions, and think tanks, such as with the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority, Lakewood Foundation Planning Task Force (now known as the Health Lakewood Foundation), The Lakewood Anti-Racism Task Force, the Health in Partnership Cuyahoga Community Outreach Board, and the Summit County Public Health, Office of Minority Health Board. The governance board is interesting to her. She is always looking to broaden her skill set and continue to make connections to strengthen her professional profile. She is particularly interested in efforts to raise transparency and accountability relational to the current strategic plan. |
