2023 PMINEO Survey Results | Insight to Who We are as a Chapter and our Future Goals Part I

Recently a member survey delivered via the chapter’s Pulse newsletter provided insights as to how we can work together to build on our chapter’s strong foundation. PMINEO’s Marketing Team then developed a three-year 2023 – 2025 Strategic Marketing Plan to support the organization’s Vision, Mission and Strategic Objectives.

This two-part article highlights the results, showcasing who we are as a chapter. So, thank you to all who participated in the 2023 survey! . And congratulations to 2023 Chapter Member Survey participant, Carleen Welch, winner of the $25 Amazon gift card!

PMINEO’s marketing plan is based on the chapter’s Vision, Mission and Strategic Objectives:

To provide an environment for change makers to:

  • Grow professionally;
  • Advance PMI objectives;
  • Engage for social good within the community;
  • Network with project experiences; and
  • Support NEO business success through project management principles.

Strategic Objectives

These objectives align our community in a common direction, allowing us to shape the future – together.

Strategic Objective 1
Align and promote PMINEO’s brand, vision and mission with PMI’s international organization.

Strategic Objective 2
Engage young professionals by attracting school affilitates with PMI chapters as well as “freshout” professionals.

Strategic Objective 3
Target change makers who tackle diverse global challenges and who require a broad foundational project management skillset, alongside additional tailored talents.
