Harry Harrison has spent his career leading operations and aerospace engineering programs, managing diverse teams, and guiding complex projects from start to finish. His role as Senior Director of Program Management at LTA Research has given him extensive experience with strategic planning, budgeting, scheduling, and collaboration with both technical teams and stakeholders. He is passionate about giving back and supporting the professional community and believes his background positions him well to help lead and positively contribute to the PMINEO Chapter. He is particularly interested in stepping into a leadership role within the PMINEO Chapter to gain board experience and help shape our strategic direction. Given his background in aerospace engineering and upcoming doctoral studies in Systems Engineering, He is especially excited about opportunities involving AI and technology advancement in the program management profession. Additionally, he is passionate about community outreach and would love to actively support initiatives that benefit both the chapter and the broader community. Ultimately, he is eager to contribute to whatever capacity best supports PMINEO's mission and growth. |

Roger Ouimet, PgMP, MS – PM&O, is retired from the US Navy after a 30-year career, serving in force, fleet, and combatant command senior officer leadership and commanding officer positions. Additionally, he has led global organizations as an executive, driving corporate success in consulting, operations, engineering, and Project Management Office roles. This experience is coupled with strategy development efforts in both the civilian sector and Department of Defense. Roger is currently the Global Director, Program and Project Management in CAI, a Life Sciences and Mission Critical professional services company. He has built project and program governance structures for both the companies he has been employed and for his clients, aligned with corporate strategies and site goals. Finally, he received his PMI PgMP Certification in June and is currently supporting the chapter as a mentor while working with Andy Macy to develop an improved mentor program for the chapter. His experience gives him a unique position to drive continued success of the PMINEO Chapter over the coming years. Roger earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the US Naval Academy and a Master of Science degree in Project Management and Operations from Southern New Hampshire University. He and his wife Shannon live with her three children and their two dogs in North Olmsted, Ohio. He aspires to lead the chapter as President but, realizing that he has not held another officer role, thinks it appropriate to first support chapter leadership as Secretary, Treasurer, or Vice President. He also has interest in being a member of the Board of Directors. |

Steven Peterson has dedicated over nine years to volunteering with the PMI Northeast Ohio Chapter, initially joining the Programs Team before advancing to the role of Marketing Director. Currently, he serves as the Chapter Secretary and has established the Chapter's Military Veteran Network, focusing on expanding membership among current and former military personnel. With two decades of experience as a project manager in the technology and financial services sectors, Steven brings a wealth of expertise to the Chapter. He has also played a significant role in mentoring fellow project managers through the Chapter’s Mentorship Program and is eager to continue his contributions as a Chapter Board Member for an additional two years. |

Cathy Petricevic, MBA, PMP, has been a Project Manager for over 15 years and has held several leadership positions in all of the chapters she has been a member of, such as VP of Executive Programs (PMINEO), Director of Professional Development (PMINH), and VP of Membership (PMIHVC). She has just rejoined the traditional workforce as a Project Manager after being away for years while working for herself. She is looking forward to getting reengaged with the Chapter. She is happy to serve the Chapter wherever her skills and experience fit the current needs of the chapter. |

Nikki Sharan brings over 30 years of extensive experience in IT project management and service delivery, along with her years as a PMINEO volunteer. As the Senior Director of IT Projects and Service Delivery at American Institutes for Research and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2013, she has a proven track record in aligning technology with strategic business objectives. She has served our chapter as Director of Membership (2014-2015) and then as Director of Student Leadership (2015-2019) and remains a member of the Student Leadership team. Her continued active involvement demonstrates a deep-seated passion for nurturing the next generation of project managers. These leadership roles have provided her with invaluable, direct insights into PMINEO's operations, our members' evolving needs, and the strategic initiatives vital for our growth. This experience aligns with the responsibilities of a board member. Her robust career journey from IT support to Project Specialist, Telecom Manager, and Help Desk Manager has led to her current role as Senior Director with a focus on IT financial management and project management teams. This diverse background, spanning manufacturing, mobile service, outsourcing, and non-profit education research organizations, provides a unique and comprehensive perspective on various industry challenges and solutions. A proud alumna of Case Western Reserve University, holding a B.S. in Systems & Control Engineering and an MBA in MIS and International Management from The Weatherhead School of Management, Nikki is looking forward to re-engaging and give back to her home, Cleveland community, through PMINEO. If elected, she would prefer to start at an at-large position so she can learn more and leverage her expertise as a utility player for PMINEO to gain even deeper insights into the chapter’s governance. |

Arunkumar Srinivasan, MBA, PMP, has been the Student Leadership Development VP for the past 3 years. He is passionate about giving back to the project management community. He views this leadership opportunity as a chance to serve, learn, and help others grow in their careers. He is committed to upholding the values of PMI and contributing to the continued success of the PMINEO Chapter. He would love to serve the chapter with a special emphasis on bringing in younger generations of project managers into the fold of PMI NEO and enhancing the interaction among members. |

Benjamin Todd, is a value-driven professional with extensive experience managing IT, ERP and business projects and re-engineering processes across a wide variety of business applications. He is passionate about fostering a strong project management community. He has actively participated in various professional development initiatives and is eager to leverage his skills to contribute to PMINEO's growth and success. He has a verifiable track record in increasing performance through dynamic leadership, strategic planning, process design, technology innovation and change management. He currently serves as the Operations Program Manager of PMINEO. He believes his ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, and inspire others would be a significant asset to a leadership role within the chapter, helping to advance our mission and better serve our members. He is interested in and willing to serve in any role at this level. |
