Congratulations to Ganesh Kumaraswamy - 2019 Project Management Excellence Award Recipient
PMINEO awarded the 2019 Project Management Excellence award to Ganesh Kumaraswamy during the Kerzner Awards Dinner held January 21, 2020.
Ganesh’s project management career spans over 22 years at 6 companies, the last 12 years at Progressive Insurance where he is presently a Program Manager and has contributed significantly to the practice of project management.
His career has truly blossomed at Progressive and he is one of very few in Ohio to be certified in Program Management. During his time at Progressive, he has developed project management talent and leadership competencies for over 100 project managers in Progressive. Ganesh has also consulted with organizations to facilitate change and improve employee engagement. He has published three articles on Stakeholder Engagement and Change in International Journals.
He has been a crucial part of the PMINEO Chapter through volunteering as VP of Marketing and setting up the Military Program for the Chapter.
Ganesh is furthering his program management career by seeking a Master’s degree at Case Western Reserve University in Positive Organizational Development.
