Dustin Carpenter serves as the Global Steering PMO Director at Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems, LLC and is looking to get involved in PMINEO. He oversees a global project management organization of 25 project managers located in US, Brazil, Europe, China, and Japan across 4 different product groups. He has grown through engineering, product management, and project management since graduating from college in 2002. Dustin has spent over 15 years in project management. He would love to give back as well as learn what others are doing in the PMINEO chapter. He is open to different opportunities within the chapter. |

Sujatha Gudala, PMP, PMI-ACP is a senior technical project manager at Nestle USA and is an experienced project manager with a demonstrated history of working in the food & beverages industry. Skilled in project management, SAP- recipe management, raw material specifications, research and development, food processing, and sensory evaluation. A strong project management professional with a Master of Science (M.S.) focused in the food science of technology. She has 17+ years of experience in CPG industry and has been in leadership roles both as a project manager and team manager for 10+ years. She feels that getting into a leadership role in project management outside of her workplace would help her build and enhance her leadership skills, stakeholder management, and many more soft skills. She also wants to contribute her knowledge and skills to PMINEO as she is passionate about project management and great fan of the PMI organization due to its contributions to fulfilling project manager's needs. She is open to any role, and feels she could serve best as President, Secretary, or Treasurer. |

Jason Hudnall is the VP of service business and PMO at Wanzl North America and has an enduring focus on process improvement and strategic alignment. His role has been to steer operations towards unmatched efficiency and growth, as well as the development of autonomous stores. His expertise in new business development and budget management has enabled them to surpass their financial targets and establish robust, sustainable practices. He collaborates closely with teams across all departments, achieving significant cost savings and profit increases, all while prioritizing the delivery of exceptional customer service. As an experienced Project Manager with diversified experience in various industries, he is open to serving in opportunities where he can best support the PMINEO community. |

Nik Kottha helps businesses grow through their complex challenges to perform at breakthrough levels. His mindful approach, rooted in Lean Thinking and boundless desire to solve complex problems, has helped leading companies in manufacturing, industrials, banking, government, and technology sectors. By offering services such as lean coaching, process optimization, auditing, team training, mentoring, and strategic planning he draws on many tools to suit his client’s needs. He brings a systems thinking background and many years of PM experience to the table. His experience has been cross-functional and across many industries. Currently, he is working as a Process Improvement Consultant for his own company, Leanwrx Consulting as well as serving as the VP of Training and Development GMS Registrar, a Quality auditing and Certification Body in Cleveland, Ohio. Nik holds a BA in Economics from Cleveland State University and an MBA in Management from Baldwin-Wallace University. In his free time, you can find him exploring trails in the backcountry of America’s National Parks. He also finds great joy as a volunteer teacher and mentor for Junior Achievement. Additionally, he is a new father, and what better way to showcase your PM skills than to manage a family! He would love to serve the chapter in the strategic planning, operations, outreach, and executive program capacity. |

Andy Macy is a project leader at MCO with transferable skills developed from years of leading both direct and matrixed teams in the service industry. Professional with a proven history of collaboration, conflict resolution, mentorship and relationship building, he is adept at fostering strategic partnerships with vendors and key stakeholders to deliver exceptional results. A Project Management Professional (PMP) for over 11 years, he has recently expanded his Agile knowledge by adding the Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master and Disciplined Agile Scrum Master certifications. He accepted the nomination from the PMINEO board to fill the vacated seat earlier this year. Having been an active member of the chapter since 2011, he has held numerous volunteer positions in the chapter, including being a greeter at meetings, a virtual session moderator, and a member of the Programs team, planning future sessions. Since joining the Board on an interim basis, he has been spearheading setting up the chapters Mentorship program and the current mentorship trial. He would like to continue his efforts to complete this work with the Board over the coming 2 years, with a particular focus on the Mentorship program and Programs/Events Team. |

Ramya Ramadurai, MBA, PMP, CSM, is an ardent and passionate advocate of the project management discipline in her professional and personal life. She has 18 years of experience in the field of project management. She has also been a volunteer with the PMINEO chapter since 2018. She started as a volunteer coordinator and developed the Volunteer Lifecycle process to ensure they are optimizing their volunteer pool. She introduced the volunteer recognition program, which has evolved into a healthy and rewarding program within the chapter. She has since served on the chapter governance board as a member-at-large, Secretary and currently, as the Chapter President. As President, she has sponsored initiatives such as introducing a mentorship program, communicating the value of our brand, as well as community and social activities. These initiatives are meant to build a deeper sense of community with the membership as well as to ensure that companies in Northeast Ohio approach PMINEO as the premium resource for all things project management. She hopes to be re-elected in 2024 and continue serving this vibrant community of PMs. She is most interested in continuing to serve on the governance board and sponsoring initiatives that increase PMI's value to members. The PDD and IPM day are flagship events that continuously provide high value to members. PMINEO monthly programs offer a flexible and easy way to access exclusive content from highly respected experts in the field, and networking and social events increase the PMINEO footprint across the Northeast Ohio area. None of these would be possible without our involved volunteering community, which she would like to grow and nurture to plan for the future leadership of the chapter. |

His strengths lie in systems development, delivery management, stakeholder communication, and bridging technology with business goals to drive productivity. In his tenure with PMI NEO, Arunkumar has made significant contributions through various volunteer roles. His involvement spans several years, where he has actively supported and advanced the chapter’s initiatives. As a committed volunteer, he is well-prepared to take on a board member role, aiming to leverage his experience to guide the chapter, recruit new project managers, and introduce project management concepts to college students. His vision is to foster a strong community of professionals and inspire the next generation in the field of project management. |
