A professional group of 80 attended PMINEO Professional Development Day 2024 May 9 at Baldwin-Wallace University.
Keynote speaker Kit Welchlin spoke about Chaos and Change: Become a Quick -Change Artist, Handling Difficult People: Dealing with People You Can't Stand, and Stress, Time and Procrastination: Are you a Burnout?
In addition, a panel multigenerational panel discussion discussed Closing the Gaps: Communication Across the Generations. Attendees earned 5 PDUs.
We also honored the 2023 PMINEO Project Management Excellence Award winners, Christopher D. Cesta, PMP (Project of the Year), Lindsey M. Bishop, PMP (Kerzner Award for Project Excellence), and Abigail Radcliffe, MS, MBA (Young Professional of the Year).
