PMINEO proudly recognizes Arun Srinivasan, Manager – Data Engineering at Medical Mutual, for his outstanding years of volunteer service. As Director of Student Leadership Development, Arun led with passion — leading the team at heart of our Academic Outreach initiative that visits campuses throughout our area giving presentations on careers in project management. Arun has kept the team going through countless presentations, then the challenging pandemic years and now an expanding calendar of opportunities to share what a day in the life of a project manager looks like to the next generation of changemakers.

Arun leaves the Student Leader Development Team to take on an expanded role as an incoming member of the Chapter’s Governing Boad where he will continue to contribute to PMINEO.

The Student Leadership Development Team is looking for volunteers interested in sharing both their path to project management and their experiences as a PM to students in schools in our area. Being comfortable presenting to groups is NOT required! Our opportunities include both speaking to classes to staffing a table on campus engaging students one-on-one.
