Welcome to a snowy December!
I love the holiday season and am so thankful that it is finally here. It is especially important this year to help take our minds off the past election drama and the COVID-19 pandemic.

As I reflect on this year, I am so thankful for you, our dedicated members, who have renewed your membership this year. I hope that you have taken advantage of our virtual offerings and racked up those free PDUs. Check the website for remaining events this year; we are starting to post 2021 events so that you can register and add them to your calendar.
I am also grateful for our strong team of volunteers, who offer their time and energy into making PMINEO the premier project management resource in the area. From individual event teams to our operations areas to our VP leaders, and everyone in between, your work is appreciated!
I would also like to thank our Governance and Operations Boards for the many hours invested in our chapter. I am deeply appreciative to serve with this wonderful group of peers.
As we look to 2021 (please get here soon!), your chapter is positioning to EMERGE from this crisis stronger than ever! We continue to look for opportunities to engage all of our members - even those that may not live or work near downtown Cleveland. We have more diverse programming than ever and will be ready to provide hybrid events (in-person and virtual) so that you can choose what works best for you. I look forward to seeing you at one of our events next year!
Regardless of what holiday you celebrate, and regardless of how differently that celebration may look this year, I pray that you may find joy and peace this holiday season... and that you and your loved ones stay safe and healthy!
