PMINEO extends its sincere thanks to Judy Thaxton‑Borlan for her dedication and leadership in advancing the Chapter’s Executive Outreach efforts.

Through her volunteer role, Judy thoughtfully shaped and nurtured PMINEO’s Executive Thought Leadership Council—a forum that reaches beyond our membership and brings together executives and PMO leaders who hire, manage, and supervise project managers. This work has created a powerful two‑way exchange: the Chapter is able to highlight the value of engaged PMINEO members, while also gaining critical insight into the skills, techniques, and trends sought by today’s hiring decision‑makers. These insights directly inform our Chapter programming, helping ensure members have access to relevant, in‑demand professional development.

Judy recently organized her final Executive Thought Leadership Council, and we wish her every success in her next endeavors. With new leaders ready to step forward, PMINEO is excited to continue building on the strong model she established.
