<<< BRENDA PETTWAY – KERZNER AWARD FOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXCELLENCE
The Kerzner Award for Project Management honors an individual who consistently demonstrates excellence in leadership, communication, and disciplined project execution. PMINEO’s Project Manager of 2025 award goes to Brenda Pettway. As reflected in her professional career, Brenda brings a steady, thoughtful approach to complex work—and she extends that same commitment through her active volunteer service to our chapter. Her nomination highlights what so many have experienced firsthand: Brenda’s calm and respectful presence keeps cross functional subject matter experts focused, even amid competing priorities, while her executive ready communication ensures alignment from the C suite all the way to individual contributors. It’s this combination of professionalism, clarity, and service that makes Brenda so deserving of the Kerzner Award.

The team delivered a successful launch and reinforced stakeholder confidence in their ability to manage complexity and create real value. It’s a pleasure to present the Project of the Year Award to Amanda Conkol and the Swagelok team for their Swagelok Product Portal Project.
<<< TIANNA WARE – EMERGING PROFESSIONAL
The PMINEO Emerging Professional Award celebrates someone who is early in their career but already stepping up, leaning in, and making a real difference. Tianna Ware truly embodies that spirit. Over the past year, she has been working closely with PMINEO’s Vice President of Mentoring to help design and roll out our new mentorship engagement process for systematic onboarding and ways to measure impact and participation.
Beyond her contributions to PMINEO, Tianna is building a strong professional career grounded in collaboration, thoughtful problem solving, and a genuine commitment to growth. We’re incredibly proud of the leadership she’s already showing, and excited to see what’s ahead for her. It’s my pleasure to present the Emerging Professional Award to Tianna Ware.
