A fundamental philosophy of agile is that teams own their process, which means they get to choose their Way of Working (WoW). Disciplined Agile (DA) is a process-decision toolkit that provides straightforward guidance to help people, teams, and organizations to streamline agile in a context-sensitive manner. DA provides a rich body of knowledge, composed of “fit-for-context” practices to help teams be more effective on agile projects.
This presentation focuses on how to use Disciplined Agile to help your team choose their way of working and strategies for evolving their way of working.
