Todd’s entire career has been with Westfield Insurance – as a developer, architect, testing leader, and project manager, having led dozens of business & technology projects with a proven track record of satisfied sponsors and team members. He led the testing project team for the case study – a $90 MM program composed of 6+ projects to replace an aging legacy system with a custom-configured package, incorporate a modern data model, deploy a new ECM tool, and integrate with over a dozen legacy systems and external vendors. Todd is a 2016 graduate of the PMI Leadership Institute Master Class and recipient of the PMINEO Project Management Excellence Award.
