3/18/20 Chapter Meeting: PMP and CAPM exam changes and 6th edition PMBOK

There is much more focus on tailoring your project methodology and consideration for agile approaches in addition to the traditional project approach. We have broken down the changes into 13 major areas. Along with the changes to the PMBOK®, there are associated changes to the CAPM® and PMP® exams to align to the new PMBOK®. There is a companion standard called the PMI Agile Practice Guide which provides an excellent overview of the agile practices.
We will also share some of the intended changes to the CAPM® and PMP® exam effective on July 1st.

The speaker will offer some tips and tricks on how to study for the exam(s). He will share some of the intended direction and changes to the exams coming in July 2020.
