This workshop will benefit ANYONE who is involved in a role requiring timely and effective communication and collaboration within the organization or with third parties/contractors. Whether the communication/collaboration is face-to-face or virtual, this course will provide insight and approaches in how to dramatically improve performance.ABSTRACT
As the world grows smaller and the projects grow more complex those responsible for delivery are forced to operate in a much more “virtual” world. Thus the management and communication challenges Organizations and Individuals face increase exponentially. It is imperative that we invest focused effort toward improving our ability to effectively communicate across organizational, geographical and cultural boundaries. Success will ultimately depend on our ability to establish and nurture the elements that lead to Productive and Effective High Performance Teams. This New Breed of Teams must be Agile in order to respond to the dynamic environment that exists.
This program will introduce and examine tools, techniques and methods that can be applied at all levels to inspire individual contributors and teams to be successful. The use of specific case history examples to demonstrate the potential benefits and the sharing of student experiences will confirm the potential power of the concepts.
