Topic: Recognize and celebrate the 2014 Project of the year as well as the 2014 Kerzner Award recipient for Project Management Excellence. Dr. Kerzner will present on How Project Management Enterprise Environmental Factors Affected the Globalization on Disney Theme Parks.

Presentation Summary:

For several years, the PMBOK Guide has discussed the importance of enterprise environmental factors. But how many of us really understand the enterprise environmental factors, their importance and what damage they may cause to a project if not properly monitored and controlled? Disney is certainly a well-managed company. But the growth of Disney and the establishment of theme parks on foreign soil came with significant challenges cause by the enterprise environmental factors related to the host country. The presentation will discuss the challenges and the results.
