Maintaining Certification: PMI's Two-Category PDU System for Professional Growth and Renewal
Earning PDUs is necessary for professional certification maintenance as well as keeping updated on the latest in the Project Management profession. To ensure a smooth renewal process, PMI has split PDUs into two categories: Education and Giving Back to the Profession. Each category has various methods for earning PDUs.
Education PDUs
There are minimum requirements for Education PDUs around the PMI Talent Triangle—Ways of Working, Power Skills and Business Acumen. Once you fulfill those requirements, the rest is up to you. MORE
