The PMI^® Mentorship Program believes in making connections. We are actively looking for PMI members to share their expertise with a new project manager to help that person grow professionally. The mentorship program aligns professionals to assist one another in reaching their goals, while providing project management career advice.

Mentee Benefits

• Connect with and form a relationship with a mentor;
• Work with a mentor to customize a mentoring relationship:
• Define the goals and objectives of the relationship;
• Set the frequency of interactions;
• Decide the type of interactions (in person, virtual meetings, phone calls, etc.); and
• Earn PDUs.

Mentor Benefits

• Make connections with fellow mentors who share best practices and resources;
• Receive recognition and appreciation for contributions; and
• Earn PDUs.

How to get Started
