The PMI Mentorship Program believes in making connections. We are looking for PMI members who want to share their expertise with a new project manager to help that person grow professionally. The mentorship program aligns professionals to assist one another in reaching their goals, while providing project management career advice.
Mentee Benefits:
A supportive community to:
- Connect with and form a relationship with a mentor;
- Work with a mentor to customize a mentoring relationship:
- define the goals and objectives of the relationship;
- define the frequency of interactions;
- define the type of interactions (in person, virtual meetings, phone calls, etc.); and
- Earn PDUs.

What is not Included in the Mentorship Program
- The mentorship program is not intended to be an educational alternative to PMI sponsored certification courses.
- The mentorship program is not a commitment to provide anything other than an opportunity to grow and gain insight from other project managers.
The mentorship relationship is what you decide to make of it.
How to get Started
The application process is short and easy! Submit a request to mentoring@pmineo.org.
All mentors must be a PMI member in good standing for the duration of the mentorship assignment. Previous experience as a mentor or building teams, preferred.
