Transitioning the Torch: A Note from Ramya

President's Messages

As April is here, my tenure as President of the PMI Northeast Ohio Chapter comes to a close. Serving this community has been a profound honor, and I am incredibly proud of the resilience and professional growth we’ve fostered together.

Reflecting on our journey, I am struck by the strength of our connections. Whether through our monthly online meetings or our annual PDD, your engagement has been the heartbeat of our success.

Welcoming New Leadership

I am thrilled to officially pass the leadership to Andy Macy. Having announced his upcoming presidency in the February State of the Chapter meeting, I know Andy brings the vision and dedication necessary to lead PMINEO into its next great era. I have full confidence in the fresh perspectives he will bring to our chapter. Our 2026 strategy to go Back to the Basics, combined with our ability to be agile as the PMI Membership Model evolves, is in the worthy hands of our highly capable governance board and chapter leadership.

Looking Ahead

My hopes for PMINEO remain simple: that we continue to innovate, support one another, and maintain the collaborative spirit that makes our region unique.

Thank you to the Board, our volunteers, and our members for an unforgettable term. I look forward to seeing our continued success from the audience!

Warmly,

Ramya Ramadurai President, PMI Northeast Ohio Chapter
