Speaker:
Julia Shumulinsky, MBA, CCMP, PMP, Prosci (she/her/hers)
Change: Hard at first, messy in the middle, wonderful in the end.
Julia Shumulinsky began at Case Western Reserve University with plans for Electrical or Chemical Engineering, and instead graduated with degrees in Technical Theater and English. A self-professed STEM failure, she found her way back into the world of technology as a Project Manager, and eventually into OCM. She is now credentialed in both Change Management and Project Management and has been working in one or both of these fields, primarily in Technology, for over 20 years.
Earlier this year Julia joined Progressive Insurance as an IT Manager, OCM after spending time consulting as an OCM lead. She has spoken at events including getWITit’s Cleveland WITcon Women in Tech conference and TechOlympics hosted by INTERalliance of Greater Cincinnati. Julia is also a coach with a focus on early career development and career switching.
Julia spends her energy on creative problem solving, herding cats, creating order from chaos, crafting things, and appropriately using the Oxford Comma. She is thrilled to be speaking at PMI NEO!
