Embracing the Future: Navigating Big Data and AI in Project Management

Big Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) will have a dramatic impact on how we deliver organizational transformation. The potential for Big Data and AI to unearth hidden customers, products, trends, and the next big thing, will become irresistible to many organizations across the world. Many of us already appreciate that data is central to effective project management. We know that Big Data is a source of data but is meaningless without accuracy, ethics, analysis, and effective decision-making.

With the latest releases of AI-augmented software products, such as ChatGPT, raising interest and debate, what do these technologies mean for the world of portfolio, program, and project management? What are the implications for the decision-making processes in projects and how can you best ready yourself for a range of organizational futures? We will provoke you to explore the opportunities and the risks of the Big Data and AI trends and to consider how these technologies could assist in transforming our world.
