Use Visio to automate your project management tasks and how to do more in less time.

Ursula Kaunas, retired Sr. IT Project Manager at Cuyahoga County Department of Information Technology will demonstrate how to automatically use your data to build your org chart, how to build a flowchart or a swim lane diagram automatically, and how to create Gantt Charts quickly and easily.

Ursula has successfully used Visio to effectively communicate with teams and stakeholders, provide a clear overview of project schedules, and visually represent project timelines. She has trained and supervised many of Cuyahoga County's project managers. She's excited and looking forward to sharing her expertise with our group. Feel free to bring your laptop to participate in hands-on demonstrations.

Ursula has managed multiple regional, and county-wide complex projects providing strategic business and logistic planning from design to production involving multi-jurisdictions to deliver to the clients’ expectations. Ursula led the data collection, business and system analysis translating Business Requirements into complete technical specifications. Client-focused understanding and anticipating business requirements, analyzing business objectives and assists in the development of a solution. Ursula drove Custom Software Developments: Managed all phases of the development lifecycle for large-scale custom solutions, interfaces to migration to new platforms. Integrations were transparent to client customers, accomplished with minimal downtime. Ensured defect-free releases through careful planning, testing and QA efforts.
