Cleveland National Air Show Executive Director Kim Dell, along with other staff, will present an overview of what it takes to make this annual, not-for-profit event happen.

Topics will include various aspects of the business entity including organizational purpose, structure, financial, ticketing, marketing, and budgeting as well as a look at the how an active airport becomes an aviation amusement park for three days and what is required both in the air and on the ground.

Cleveland National Air Show Executive Director
Kim’s role with the Cleveland National Air Show began as a promotions assistant in 1992. She was named Director of Marketing and Promotions in 1994 and has served as the show’s Executive Director since 2015. The Cleveland National Airshow has been recognized as “Air Show of the Year” (by World Airshow News) and she is a frequent contributor to the International Council of Air Show for seminars and round table discussions on industry issues at its annual convention. Many processes she employs with the Cleveland National Air Show are recognized as the standard among the country’s most successful air shows.
