Title: How to transition to Agile - Panel Discussion Date: Thursday, October 3, 2019 from 7:30 am to 9:30 am Location: Apex, 6450 Rockside Woods Blvd S, Independence, OH 44131 Overview PMI reports that 71% of organizations use Agile approaches sometimes, often or always. A panel of local project management experts will discuss the challenges and lessons learned from agile transitions within NEO-headquartered organizations. Come prepared with scenario-based questions, your PMO’s ear and business cards. Panel Speakers Jeanette Cribley, PMP, CSM, SPC- Program Manager at Sherwin Williams Todd Miller from Progressive Insurance Tasha Holland from KeyBank Jon Stahl, CEO + President of LeanDog Speaker bios Jeanette Cribley PMP, CSM, SPC, MBA has worked with agile in a variety of settings over the last decade. Jeannie is currently a Program Manager at Sherwin Williams and will undoubtedly bring a unique perspective to the panel discussion. Tasha Holland currently leads the Technology PMO Operations Team at KeyBank. She has over a decade of experience implementing, designing, developing, integrating and supporting Project & Portfolio Management tools and PLC/SDLC methodology & standards for technology organizations within large financial institutions. For the last 2 years she has worked with internal and external strategic partners to roll out and scale Agile processes at KeyBank including: development of a CD Playbook, integration of Agile processes and approach in PLC/SDLC standards, development and implementation of Risk controls, creation of new funding models and governance process, selection and configuration of new Agile toolset, job categorization and training & development. Jon Stahl is the CEO and co-founder of LeanDog, a company that is focused on agile consulting as well as software design and delivery. Jon has been practicing and upholding the values of the Agile Manifesto and Lean for over 14 years. He teaches and coaches companies at all levels across IT and the business, and is known for his public speaking and coaching around topics such as Executive Agility, Kanban, PMO and Agile Explained. He is the leading author of the LeanDog Agile Discussion guide which instructs on over 60 of the best Agile practices. He shares his ever-evolving knowledge at conferences across the globe, passing on to others what he has learned. Todd Miller: The introduction of Agile methodologies at Progressive in the early 2000’s drew Todd out of software development and into project management. Todd’s been involved in project delivery at Progressive since 2005, managing large scale software development projects since 2008 and is currently the program manager for an enterprise effort. While the majority of Todd’s experience is in Agile, he’s also had success with waterfall and hybrid methodologies. For Todd, it’s all about the team!
