  • Project Leadership Adaptability. With four decades of experience as both a project manager and an executive, Matt has a unique perspective on the emerging overlap of project management and leadership competencies. All great leaders demonstrate the ability to balance their core values and business needs with the needs of their team and the situation. As the world and projects become more complex, project managers require a focus on awareness and adaptability skills.  Successful project leaders understand this and can navigate the Roeder Leadership Adaptability Triangle™, which will be explored during this presentation.
