International Project Management Day: Beneath the Surface: Using Strategic Networks to Influence Stakeholder Outcomes

Business Acumen

REGISTRATIONS ARE CLOSED.

Join your colleagues for networking and learning at our annual International Project Management Day Event! We have arranged for a guest speaker, Bradley Brezinski, Managing Director and Chief Strategy Officer, S2A Solutions, to present on Beneath the Surface: Using Strategic Networks to Influence Stakeholder Outcomes, giving you 1.5 PDUs!

In complex project environments, effective stakeholder management is often the difference between success and failure. This keynote will challenge senior project managers to think beyond traditional approaches by focusing on the power of strategic networks to better navigate stakeholder dynamics.
Successful project outcomes depend not only on managing formal stakeholder relationships but also on understanding the informal networks of influence that shape perceptions and drive decisions behind the scenes. These networks are often the key to gaining support for critical initiatives, resolving conflicts, and maintaining project momentum. By understanding how these hidden connections operate, project leaders can anticipate stakeholder motivations, align competing interests, and create strategies that engage even the most challenging stakeholders. This session will provide the context and tools needed to decode these complex dynamics, equipping participants to build more effective coalitions and achieve success in today’s multifaceted project environments.
