Breaking Barriers: Women in Project Management: Moderated Panel Discussion
“In our society, the women who break down barriers are those who ignore limits.” - Arnold Schwarzenegger
Over the centuries, this is the way women have been able to make history: by breaking barriers individually. Not only without any support from society, but experiencing obstacles one after the other, and even having to face the laws of the time.
Little by little, society's idea is changing, especially in some countries, which makes it possible thank to meaningful actions from several individuals and organizations to dismantle these barriers.
Breaking barriers for women in project management is a crucial step toward promoting equality and inclusivity in the workplace. This theme transcends cultural, geographical, and socio-economic boundaries, highlighting its universality and significance in our global community.
Our conversation starts from personal experiences and delves into measures that help our professional careers as project managers to break down these barriers.
Join some inspiring women where we explore meaningful and major actions (some of them in our hands) to chart a course towards a future where gender equality is not just a dream but a reality.
