Building on a 2023 proof of concept (also presented as a webinar called ''Unlocking Collective Wisdom: Generative AI for Lessons Learned Analysis in Project Management''), we’ll show real-world deployment using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Azure OpenAI to extract frequent and critical lessons across projects.
