Building Your First AI Agent Using n8n

Ways of Working

Part 3: Building Your First AI Agent Using n8n

Create a simple AI agent workflow in n8n for a project management use case. This guided build focuses on confidence, testing, refinement, and understanding what makes output useful and reliable.

Practice: Build and test a workflow using meeting notes or project update text as input, with the agent producing key points, actions, risks, and decisions in a formatted output. Participants then test usability, identify gaps, and refine the prompt or workflow.

Career value: Gain hands-on experience you can reference in interviews, networking, and advancement conversations.

ABOUT THE SERIES

AI Agents for Project Managers: From Awareness to Application

This 4-part virtual series helps participants build practical AI fluency, explore n8n, and apply AI agent concepts to real project management work. The series is designed as four 60-minute virtual sessions for project managers, PMO professionals, program managers, project leads, and business professionals, with 10–50 participants per session and an interactive, demo-based, practice-oriented format.
