Part 4: Building Your Own AI Agentic Project Management Team
Move from a single workflow to an agentic PM team concept. Participants design specialized AI agent roles, define handoffs, and think through governance, escalation paths, and human accountability.
Practice: Design a 3–5 role agentic PM team using roles such as project intake agent, status reporting agent, stakeholder communications agent, lessons learned agent, and schedule coordination agent. For each role, participants define purpose, inputs, outputs, tools, escalation points, and success measures.
Career value: Strengthen strategic thinking by showing how AI can support project delivery while keeping human judgment where it matters most.
