As a Program Manager at Swagelok, Amanda and her team pushed through a late-stage challenge that became a clear demonstration of resilience and execution excellence. Amanda Conkol is a Program Manager in Commercial IT at Swagelok, where she leads strategic initiatives focused on digital transformation, customer experience, and enterprise technology solutions. With more than 20 years of project and program leadership experience, Amanda is known for building strong partnerships across business and technology teams, guiding organizations through change, and delivering complex initiatives that create lasting business value.
Throughout her career, she has championed agile ways of working, fostered high-performing teams, and led large-scale programs spanning product information management, customer platforms, CRM modernization, and business process transformation. Amanda is passionate about servant leadership, continuous improvement, and helping teams achieve more together than they could individually.
